Whether you’re in the mood yet for Halloween or not in the mood yet, you’ll want to check out this wild and spooky imaginative routine about Vampire’s. While it looks like dance and theater, it is actually a sport! Essentially its Rhythmic Gymnastics but without equipment and it is called Aesthetic Gymnastics Group. The group in the video is the Spanish National Aesthetic Group, they have been Spanish Champions for 7 years and 6 times they have been finalists in the World Championship! All the girls in the routine started with the Rhythmic Gymnastics when they were very young, in kindergarten or first grade. They continued training and competing in Rhythmic Gymnastics for almost a decade before switching in their later High School and College years to Aesthetic Gymnastics Group. Aesthetic Group Gymnastics is almost exactly like Rhythmic Group Gymnastics but without the equipment so it usually takes a little less training time to master the routines. This enabled the girls to keep very fit, enjoy the fun of competing and camaraderie of each other while having more time to accomplish their studies. The ages of the girls in the video are between 20 and 26 years old.
